Sakugabooru
One of the best places to look effects animation references is Sakugabooru . The community is fantastic at tagging clips making it very easy to filter to find refernces to study.

Settei Dreams
A excellent place to find matieral from various anime productions. Settei Dreams has a large collection of Settei (Model sheets), artbooks, storyboards, and production sketches from a lot of great series.

Kevin Parry
Kevin Parry has done us a great survice by providing us some fantastic refrences. Two of the best being 100 ways to walk and 50 ways to sit. They can be great for guiding practice if you are in that "I dont know what to animate" type mood.

Moa / Hato King
Moa has posted some of the most comprehensive and easy to understand reference libaries for hands. They even include different colour coding in the images to help visualise how to break them down into their indivual parts.

Brookes Eggeston
Brookes is a stalwart professional who has a lot to share with the community. I highly recomend his video on Character Turn arounds.

Emily Brundige
Li' Toughy on socials, they have have a lot of great advice on pilots and getting your Indie project going. I also recomend checking out their book A Guide to Developing Animated Shows
